This is a managed audit engagement, not a hardware sale. Your site is reviewed for eligibility before AeroScan schedules a flight.

After reservation

What happens after you reserve.

Every stage stays conditional on the site review. AeroScan confirms the workable path before a thermal flight is scheduled.

  1. 01

    Share the site packet

After the deposit checkout, provide the site address or coordinates, array scope, operational contact, timing, and access details needed for qualification.

  2. 02

    Qualify and plan capture

AeroScan reviews local FAA Part 107 pilot coverage, weather, airspace, access, and site conditions before any thermal flight is scheduled.

  3. 03

    Analyze the evidence

Eligible field capture is organized into thermal findings, supporting imagery where available, and a report for maintenance review.

  4. 04

    Release the final package

After capture, the remaining $499 is requested before the finalized report is released. It is not described as an automatic charge.
